Have consistently had a great experience with the team at the hearing centre. Ben has always been great with nothing too much trouble . I visited the hearing centre in Market Harbourorough yesterday, I have been having problems hearing things especially when there are a few people in the room all talking and the tv although I had turned the volume up to 28. My time at the clinic was informative and a total success in removing built up wax in both ears. When I got home and put the tv on I had to turn the volume down to 8. Whilst on holiday from Scotland, I developed one completely blocked ear and the other one was going the same way. I booked an appointment on the same day and my experience was very friendly and professional. The gentleman who removed my earwax explained everything well and was very gentle during the procedure.
