Excellent service yesterday for a micro suction. Friendly, polite and efficient staff. Leanne was lovely and talked me through the whole procedure. Receptionist was also very friendly and helpful. Helpful advice on hearing was given by both members of staff.

I went to have the wax in my microsuctioned out, and had some wax removed but they could not remove it all because it was close to my ear drum, so I had to arrange an appointment with a consultant in my local hospital to do the job for me.

Helen was brilliant I’m a regular visitor for having wax removed as have a narrow ear canal and Helen is always so good this time I had a buzzing in my ear from having a bad cold and she fully explained the inner workings of the ear which really helped. She removed some wax and have to say the the buzzing has virtually gone. Love seeing Helen she is always so upbeat and very friendly. Hi, I’ve now been twice, what a lovely place, the staff are lovely,  it’s so nice and relaxing. The lady on reception is so nice, very nice to chat with. Helen is lovely, so caring, she put me at ease very quickly, we chatted about holidays, which was nice, Helen explained everything before we started the hearing test, answered  all my questions I had already thought I would ask, Helen was fantastic. Claire was brilliant,  she explained everything she would be doing to complete my hearing check,  and even at this particular moment I do not meed to use hearing aids,  I was shown all the different styles,  I even got to try some out.!! The whole experience  was a comfortable and pleasant one. I would definitely recommend Birstall hearing centre and when the time comes to have aids I will definitely come back to this centre. First class service. Thank you 😊
