Excellent service yesterday for a micro suction. Friendly, polite and efficient staff. Leanne was lovely and talked me through the whole procedure. Receptionist was also very friendly and helpful. Helpful advice on hearing was given by both members of staff.

I went to have the wax in my microsuctioned out, and had some wax removed but they could not remove it all because it was close to my ear drum, so I had to arrange an appointment with a consultant in my local hospital to do the job for me.

Helen was brilliant I’m a regular visitor for having wax removed as have a narrow ear canal and Helen is always so good this time I had a buzzing in my ear from having a bad cold and she fully explained the inner workings of the ear which really helped.
She removed some wax and have to say the the buzzing has virtually gone.
Love seeing Helen she is always so upbeat and very friendly.
Also could I say the lady on reception I’m sorry I don’t remember her name but a lovely lady extremely welcoming.
