As part of our expanding team, we are seeking a personable and skilled Audiologist to take a leading role at our new centre in Market Harborough. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a highly regarded organisation dedicated to providing quality hearing care.

Responsibilities

Reporting to the Clinical Director you will be responsible for:

Conducting comprehensive hearing tests, evaluating client requirements, and communicating available options to them.

Tailoring the dispensing of hearing aids to address clients’ hearing loss, needs, and financial considerations.

Offering microsuction services, with an initial emphasis of approximately 50% of your time as we launch the centre.

Managing aftercare service appointments and addressing hearing aid repairs.

Participating in continuous training and upholding current Continuing Professional Development (CPD) requirements.

Performing additional administrative tasks as necessary.

About you

Qualified Audiologist or Hearing Aid Audiologist (HAD) with a minimum of 2 years post qualification experience.

Possess or be eligible for registration as a Hearing Aid Dispenser with the Health Care Professional Council (HCPC).

Hold certification in microsuction wax removal, and ideally, have prior experience in delivering the service; however, training can be provided for the right candidate.

Demonstrate a genuine passion for audiology, coupled with a readiness to embrace innovation in products, technology, and work methodologies.

Prioritise the well-being of our customers and colleagues, consistently delivering exceptional customer service and taking personal accountability for both yourself and your clinic.

Pursue excellence by continually enhancing your skills, knowledge, and work methodologies.

Possess commercial acumen and thrive in a clinical role within the private healthcare sector.

Exhibit effective communication skills and maintain organisational efficiency with time management.

Maintain a full driving license, as we have plans to open new centers locally, requiring some travel.

Package:

Basic salary up to £40k based on experience.
